VS Code integration

The repository contains a VS Code extension package.

Current contributed commands:

Fuzit: Check Status
Fuzit: Get Task Context
Fuzit: Initialize Workspace
Fuzit: Run Doctor
Fuzit: Scan Repository

The extension is designed around:

• local execution;
• workspace trust;
• multi-root support;
• task-context generation;
• repository scanning;
• reuse of Fuzit's core engine.

The package currently declares VS Code compatibility beginning at1.90.0.

Public VSIX installation instructions should be published only after the release artifact has been verified.
