MCP integration

Fuzit includes a local stdio MCP server.

Native CLI MCP Commands

# Start local stdio MCP server
fuzit plugin mcp

# Generate MCP configuration for Claude Desktop / Cursor
fuzit init --mcp

Multiple roots can be supplied to the MCP server.

The server validates allowed roots before serving requests.

MCP should expose the same semantics as the core Fuzit pipeline rather than becoming a separate retrieval engine.
